The Home Depot expanded its Military Exchanges partnership to include delivery to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) and Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) addresses, officially launching on July 8, 2026.
2. Product Availability and Coverage
The program offers tax-free access to over 20,000 home improvement products and will serve shoppers stationed at more than 750 overseas bases across over 80 countries.
3. Shopper Eligibility and Logistics
Eligible exchange shoppers—including active-duty service members, National Guard, Reservists, retirees, veterans and authorized civilians—can place orders through AAFES and NEXCOM online platforms, with delivery handled by USPS under military mailing protocols.
