HomeServices of America names new vice president of industry affairs and engagement
Berkshire Hathaway’s HomeServices of America named Gretchen Rosenberg vice president of industry affairs and engagement, adding her to the executive leadership team.
Rosenberg will represent the brokerage nationally, tracking regulatory and competitive developments while driving agent and consumer engagement initiatives.
She joins from Kentwood Real Estate, where she served as president and CEO since 2018.
Kentwood named COO Dierk Herbermann as president; Amy Herrington was promoted to director of operations.
Rosenberg will remain at Kentwood as executive chairman during an August transition period.
