HomesToLife reported net revenue of $92.5 million for Q1 2026, up 16% from Q1 2025. Gross profit increased 34% to $26.9 million, pushing gross margin up 3.8 percentage points to 29.0%. Income from operations rose 129% to $4.85 million and net income increased 36% to $3.24 million, or $0.036 per share.
2. Segment and Regional Performance
Export division drove revenue growth with a 17% increase to $87.1 million, while retail sales grew 72% to $2.48 million; leather trading fell 18% to $2.91 million. By region, Europe revenue climbed 26% to $57.7 million, North America rose 14% to $12.1 million and Asia Pacific decreased 2% to $22.7 million. Operating expenses rose 23% to $22.0 million, mainly due to 32% higher selling costs; foreign exchange loss of $1.0 million offset prior gains.

Operating cash flow swung to an inflow of $2.0 million from an outflow previously. The company held $26.6 million in cash and $3.7 million in short-term debt as of March 31. Full-year 2026 revenue is projected at $400 million to $420 million, with disciplined capital allocation and monitoring of geopolitical and currency risks.
