Honeywell Aerospace launches exchange offer for up to $16 billion in senior notes

Honeywell Aerospace, a Honeywell International unit, launched an exchange offer to swap unregistered senior notes for registered senior notes.
The offer covers nine series totaling $15 billion, spanning 2028 to 2066 maturities; terms are largely unchanged aside from registration and transfer limits.
The exchange offer expires Aug. 7, and settlement is expected promptly after expiration. No proceeds will go to Honeywell Aerospace.
