Honeywell completed the separation of its Aerospace Technologies unit into Honeywell Aerospace, now trading as Nasdaq: HONA, effective June 29, 2026.
The move followed the October 30, 2025 spin-off of its Advanced Materials business as Solstice Advanced Materials, now trading as Nasdaq: SOLS.
The group also plans to exit Productivity Solutions and Services and Warehouse and Workflow Solutions, with closings expected in the second half of 2026.
