Horizon Aircraft names Tom Hearne audit committee chair, adds him to board

Hearne is CEO of ARB Labs, audit committee chair at Enthusiast Gaming, and former CEO of Tiidal Gaming Group.
He previously served as CFO at Sportech PLC and Score Media.
Board and audit committee changes
New Horizon Aircraft named Tom Hearne to its board, effective immediately.
Hearne also became chair of the audit committee, replacing Trisha Nomura, who resigned from both roles for personal reasons.
Nomura’s resignation was not tied to any disputes over operations, policies, practices, or financial reporting.
