Horizon Bancorp names Nicholas Ritter, Charles Sulerzyski independent directors

Horizon Bancorp appointed Nicholas J. Ritter and Charles W. Sulerzyski as independent directors on the parent board and the Horizon Bank board.

• Ritter previously served as executive vice president and chief information security officer at WorldPay; earlier, he was chief enterprise security officer at First Financial Bank.
• Sulerzyski previously served as president and CEO of Peoples Bancorp; earlier, he was president for the Great Lakes region at KeyBank.
• Ritter will serve on the enterprise risk management committee, operations and cyber security committee.
• Sulerzyski will serve on the enterprise risk management committee, wealth committee.
