Horizon Quantum appoints new chief product officer

Horizon Quantum appointed Qian Yi Amanda Chew as chief product officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.

Chew joined the company in November 2020 as product manager; later served as director of product, then vice president of product.

She previously worked at Microsoft from September 2014 to February 2020, most recently as senior program manager for Visual Studio App Center.
