Horizon Technology Finance extends legal final payment date on asset-backed debt to December 2035

Horizon Technology Finance amended its asset-backed notes structure on Sept. 2, 2026, extending the Legal Final Payment Date to Dec. 10, 2035.
- A Second Supplemental Indenture modified the existing indenture governing the notes issued by Horizon Funding II.
- A Second Amended and Restated Note Funding Agreement replaced the prior note funding agreement in full.
- An Amendment No. 2 to the Sale and Servicing Agreement further revised the securitization documentation.
