Host Hotels & Resorts announced the availability of its 2026 Corporate Responsibility Report, “Investing for the Future,” outlining its resilience, sustainability, social, governance strategy.

• Climate risk assessed across 100% of properties; about USD 300 million invested in resilience since 2016; more than 30 proactive resilience projects since 2025.
• LEED-certified portfolio expanded to 27 properties, including six LEED Gold hotels; 36% of the portfolio; 3.9x increase since 2019.
• More than 1,000 sustainability projects completed in 2021-2025; about USD 30 million expected annual utility savings; 12%-20% cash-on-cash returns.
• Nearly USD 5 billion aggregate sustainable financing; 30%+ of electricity sourced from renewables in 2025; 14 hotels with on-site solar, eight in development.
