Hotel101 Global Holdings disclosed agreements to sell 780 hotel units to DD Hotel101 Worldwide One for about US$205 million. Revenue will be recognized on a percentage-of-completion basis as the units are built and delivered.
2. Additional unit agreements
The buyer also agreed to acquire 300 units from a company affiliate for an expected total contract price of US$33 million. A deposit was placed for another 300 units across projects under development in Melbourne and Milan. DoubleDragon, Hotel101 Global's controlling shareholder, holds a minority stake in the buyer consortium, and the deal cleared audit committee review.
