Hotel101 Global forms Egypt hotel joint venture with IGI Holding affiliates
HBNB•Hotel101 Global signed binding agreements for an Egypt-wide joint venture with WNTR Property and WNTR Hospitality, affiliates of IGI Holding. The venture’s first project is an approximately 750-room hotel in Giza, with an expected value of EGP 5.47 billion ($102.09 million) and completion targeted for 2029.
