Houlihan Lokey expanded its global real estate capital solutions practice to over 20 professionals with the hire of Steven Loffman as Managing Director for its U.S. Real Estate Capital Advisory team. Loffman joins with a track record of 200 transactions and $75 billion raised at Raymond James.

Houlihan Lokey appointed Steven Loffman as Managing Director in its Capital Solutions Group, where he will lead the U.S. Real Estate Capital Advisory practice from the New York office.
2. Loffman's Industry Experience
Loffman spent 18 years at Raymond James & Associates, managing over 200 transactions and raising more than $75 billion across public and private capital markets, including IPOs in REIT, timber, agriculture, and mortgage sectors.
3. Global Real Estate Practice Growth
This hire follows the integration of Mellum Capital and brings the global real estate capital solutions team to over 20 professionals; the Capital Solutions Group totals 200 professionals across 18 offices and advised on about $39 billion in 125 transactions in the past year.
