Howmet Aerospace BDR program sets 25-for-1 stock split ratio adjustment in Brazil

Howmet Aerospace BDR program will shift its underlying-to-BDR ratio to 1:25 from 1:1, effective at Brazil market open on 27/07/2026.

Mandatory BDR stock split will deliver 24 additional BDRs per BDR held on 24/07/2026.

Books close for BDR issuance or cancellation from 27/07/2026 to 28/07/2026; new BDRs credit on 29/07/2026.

Fractional entitlements will be paid in cash, subject to income tax withholding; no rounding of fractions.
