1. Record Q4 Results

Howmet Aerospace posted record fourth-quarter revenue of $2.168 billion, a 15% year-over-year increase, and net income of $372 million, or $0.92 per share. Adjusted EPS reached $1.05, surpassing the consensus estimate, while operating income margin stood at 22.6% and adjusted EBITDA grew 29% to $653 million with a 30.1% margin.

2. Segment Performance

Engine Products revenue increased 20% to $1.163 billion with a 34.0% adjusted EBITDA margin. Fastening Systems sales rose 13% to $454 million (30.6% margin), Engineered Structures grew 4% to $287 million (22.0% margin), and Forged Wheels climbed 9% to $264 million (29.9% margin).

3. Cash Flow and Capital Return

Operating cash flow amounted to $654 million, generating free cash flow of $530 million. The quarter included about $54 million in special-item charges related to a pension settlement, and Howmet repurchased $200 million of common stock and paid a $0.12 per share dividend.

4. 2026 Guidance

For Q1 2026, Howmet expects revenue of $2.225–2.245 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.09–1.11, both above estimates. Full-year 2026 revenue is forecast at $9.0–9.2 billion with adjusted EPS of $4.35–4.55, reflecting approximately 10% top-line growth.
