HP published its 2026 Work Relationship Index, a survey of 19,000 knowledge workers across 15 countries. Healthy work relationships rose to 29%, up 8 points from 2025, even as 86% reported organizational change in the past year; 59% used employer-provided AI tools weekly or daily, 47% used AI agents in routine workflows, and 67% said leaving their job felt too risky. Leadership confidence drove 32% of healthy work outcomes, compared with 20% for technology enablement.
