HPE appoints former Booking Holdings CFO David Goulden to board

Hewlett Packard Enterprise appointed David Goulden to its board, effective today.
Goulden will join the Finance & Investment Committee, plus the HR & Compensation Committee.
He most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Booking Holdings.
He previously held senior roles at EMC, including CFO, COO, and CEO of the Information Infrastructure business.
Goulden also served on VMware’s board, including work on its Audit and M&A committees.
