HRS signs strategic cooperation deal with Baker Hughes on large-scale hydrogen infrastructure
BKR•Strategic hydrogen infrastructure cooperation
Hydrogen-Refueling-Solutions signed a non-exclusive, three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Baker Hughes to scale up hydrogen infrastructure deployment.
The partnership targets integrated compression and refueling solutions for mobility, logistics hubs, hydrogen filling centers, production sites, storage, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Baker Hughes contributes VerHy550 high-capacity vertical hydrogen compressor technology, while HRS provides system integration, storage, distribution and refueling infrastructure capabilities.
The companies said the work aims to improve energy efficiency, equipment uptime, maintenance, standardization and total cost of ownership across next-generation stations and filling centers.
They will also assess joint R&D projects tied to European hydrogen innovation funding programs.
