Huachen AI Parking Management Technology Holding will hold a Class A shareholder meeting in Shanghai on Aug. 18, 2026.
Class A holders will vote on a rights variation tied to lifting Class B shares’ voting power to 200 votes from 30.
An extraordinary general meeting will follow in Shanghai to vote on the Class B voting-rights increase.
Shareholders will also vote to adopt amended and restated memorandum and articles reflecting the higher Class B voting rights.
A separate proposal would allow an adjournment if needed to secure votes on the voting-rights change and charter update.
