Hub Group appointed four directors and ousted three in a shareholder-led board shake-up.

1. New directors appointed

The new directors are Gregory D. Bunch, Thomas P. Fitzgerald, Thaddeus J. Malik and Thomas M. White. Bunch teaches entrepreneurship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business; Fitzgerald led Winston Taylor’s executive committee from 2006 to June 2024; Malik runs S2T Solutions and sits on CenterPoint Energy’s board; and White is a former Hub Group CFO.
