HUBG•Todd Heeter, with 30 years experience, was named interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer after Kevin Beth and Brian Meents departed. Hub Group is restating its 2023, 2024 and Q1–Q3 2025 financials and plans to file its 2025 Form 10-K and Q1 2026 Form 10-Q by September 14, 2026.
1. Leadership Team Overhaul
Hub Group appointed Todd Heeter as interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, replacing Executive Vice Presidents Kevin Beth (CFO) and Brian Meents (COO), who will remain available as consultants during the transition.
2. Financial Restatement Plan
The company is restating its financial statements for 2023, 2024 and the first three quarters of 2025 and expects to file its restated 2025 Form 10-K and its Q1 2026 Form 10-Q by September 14, 2026 while enhancing financial reporting processes.
3. Interim CFO Appointment Details
Todd Heeter brings over 30 years of finance and accounting leadership across distribution, technology, manufacturing and other sectors; his initial interim term runs six months while the board conducts a search for a permanent CFO.

In Q2 2026 to date, Hub Group completed a successful bid season with balanced demand, stronger pricing and over-the-road conversion opportunities, onboarded significant new logistics business and focused brokerage volumes on profitability and higher revenue per load.
