HUHUTECH Unveils HB-800 Vacuum Furnace, Eyes Q3 2026 First Orders
HUHU•Jiangsu HUHU Electromechanical Technology completed development of the HB-800 vacuum furnace for MOCVD susceptor cleaning and precision heat treatment, marking HUHUTECH’s shift from engineering services to proprietary equipment provider. The HB-800, serving semiconductors, photovoltaics and aerospace sectors, is ready for commercial deployment with first orders expected in Q3 2026.

Jiangsu HUHU Electromechanical Technology completed full independent development and technology finalization of the HB-800 high-end vacuum furnace, marking HUHUTECH’s evolution from a facility engineering and services firm to an integrated solutions provider with proprietary equipment.
2. Target Markets and Technical Advantages
The HB-800 targets five end-markets—semiconductors, photovoltaics, silicon carbide and gallium nitride materials, aerospace manufacturing and medical precision components—and is designed to deliver higher resource recovery rates, lower energy consumption and extended maintenance intervals compared with conventional vacuum furnaces.
3. Commercial Plans and Growth Outlook
With design finalization and verification testing complete, HUHUTECH plans to sign its first HB-800 equipment order in Q3 2026 under a dual model of new equipment sales and retrofit services, aiming to leverage higher-margin proprietary equipment alongside its established engineering-services business.
