Huize recorded 2025 FYP of RMB4,630.8 million and GWP of RMB7,427.1 million, up 35.4% and 20.6% year-over-year, with revenue climbing 26.7% to RMB1,582.2 million. AI-driven efficiency cut the expense-to-income ratio from 32.2% to 26.3%, delivering net profit of RMB4.0 million and non-GAAP profit of RMB22.6 million.

Huize achieved record insurance premiums in 2025 with FYP of RMB4,630.8 million and GWP of RMB7,427.1 million, up 35.4% and 20.6% year-over-year, respectively. Total revenue reached RMB1,582.2 million, a 26.7% annual increase.
2. Profitability and Efficiency Gains
The expense-to-income ratio fell to 26.3% from 32.2% thanks to proprietary AI-driven process automation. This improvement supported net profit of RMB4.0 million and non-GAAP net profit of RMB22.6 million, marking three consecutive years of non-GAAP profitability.
3. Expanding Client and Partner Network
By December 31, 2025, Huize served 12.3 million insurance clients and collaborated with 158 insurer partners, including 89 life and health and 69 property and casualty companies. The platform acquired 1.7 million new customers in 2025, with persistency ratios exceeding 95%.
4. AI and Product Innovation
Huize deployed AI solutions across front, middle, and back offices, boosting self-service policy purchases by 50%. The company launched ‘Dajia Hui Xuan 2.0’ annuity and new million-yuan medical plans ‘Xing Xiang Shou 2.0’ and ‘Chang Xiang An 3.0’, strengthening its product portfolio.
