CenterWell will have the option to purchase clinics from the joint venture beginning in 2028. BlackRock may exit through a sale process for the remaining clinics by the end of 2033, and CenterWell agreed to certain minimum return protections for BlackRock. Humana said it does not expect changes to its fiscal 2026 adjusted non-GAAP EPS guidance of at least $9.
