Huntington names Blake Absher Central Texas division president

Huntington Bancshares named Blake Absher Central Texas division president to lead expansion and client strategy across key Central Texas markets.

Absher will be based in Austin, focusing on commercial client growth and execution of Huntington’s market strategy in the region.

He brings more than 20 years of Texas banking leadership, including roles as market president and chief lending officer in Austin.
