Huntsman held a special meeting on Aug. 25, 2026 to vote on matters tied to its all-stock merger of equals with Olin.
Stockholders adopted the proposals required to complete the merger.
The vote authorizes the transaction; the merger itself has not yet been completed.
Closing remains expected in the first half of 2027, subject to remaining conditions, including required regulatory approvals.
