HUTCHMED signed an exclusive development and license deal with a GSK unit for HMPL-A830, a KRAS-EGFR antibody-targeted therapy conjugate.
The deal grants GSK worldwide rights excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan; HUTCHMED keeps rights in those markets.
HUTCHMED will receive a US$110 million upfront payment, with milestones of up to US$1.19 billion and total potential consideration of up to US$1.3 billion.
The company will also receive tiered royalties on annual net sales under the agreement.
HUTCHMED is to run a global Phase I trial starting in H2 2026, while GSK will lead later development and commercialization outside the retained territories.
