HUTCHMED entered an exclusive licensing deal with GSK for HMPL-A830, a KRAS-EGFR antibody-drug conjugate cancer therapy.
- GSK received worldwide rights excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan; HUTCHMED kept rights in those markets.
- The deal includes USD 110 million upfront; milestones up to USD 1.19 billion; total potential consideration up to USD 1.3 billion.
- HUTCHMED will run global Phase I starting H2 2026; GSK takes later-stage development, regulatory work, commercialization outside retained territories.
- Clinical focus initially targets colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer; GSK also secured a right of first negotiation on another ATTC candidate.
