HUYA’s amended 2024 Share Incentive Plan allows issuance of up to 31,749,372 Class A ordinary shares.

1. Plan details

The plan offers options and restricted share units to employees, consultants and board members, replacing its predecessor while preserving outstanding awards. Restricted share units may be settled in cash, shares or a combination upon vesting. New awards may be granted through the tenth anniversary of the plan’s effective date.
