Hyatt, Green Rock sign franchise deal for Hyatt Regency Dilijan in Armenia

Hyatt signed a franchise agreement with Green Rock for Hyatt Regency Dilijan, marking the Hyatt Regency brand’s debut in Armenia.
The project broke ground in Dilijan; plans call for 205 guestrooms and suites, dining, family entertainment, and a rooftop helipad.
The development includes a purpose-built conference center for more than 550 guests, targeting leisure travel, meetings, and events.
The hotel will sit within a 462,000-square-foot complex with retail, two cinemas, a 32,000-square-foot wellness center, spa, and outdoor pool.
The developer projects more than 400 jobs; construction timeline and opening date were not disclosed.
