Hyatt reported third-quarter net income of $58 million and adjusted net income of $122 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $295 million, compared with the $285.2 million analyst estimate. Comparable system-wide RevPAR rose 7.2% year over year.
2. 2026 outlook
The company forecast 2026 net income of $240 million to $310 million, system-wide hotel RevPAR growth of 5.0% to 5.5%, and net rooms growth of about 6%. Hyatt said luxury, leisure transient and group travel drove RevPAR growth, while lower travel demand to certain destinations in Mexico weighed on Net Package RevPAR.
