Hyatt collaborated with Humin to survey 266 Miraval guests, of whom 176 completed follow-up at two weeks and 60 days, revealing that 62% still felt reduced stress at 60 days post-stay. The study also found that 95% of participants experienced a lasting sense of community, over 70% formed new connections, and many reported sustained improvements in mindfulness and job satisfaction.

2. Chattanooga Debut of Caption by Hyatt

Caption by Hyatt launched its first Chattanooga property, introducing Hyatt’s economy lifestyle brand to the Scenic City and marking the company’s initial foothold in this regional market.
