Hyatt Q2 FY26 net income rises to $110 million; RevPAR increases 5.9% vs Q2 FY25

Hyatt reports Q2 GAAP net income of $110 million, swinging from a loss a year earlier; diluted EPS was $1.14.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 3.4% to $297 million; gross fees increased 7.8% to $324 million.
Operating performance and outlook
Comparable system-wide hotels RevPAR increased 5.9%; comparable all-inclusive resorts Net Package RevPAR fell 1.2%.
The pipeline of executed management or franchise contracts climbed 10% to about 154,000 rooms; net rooms growth was 3.9%.
Hyatt maintained its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook of $1.16 billion-$1.21 billion; comparable system-wide hotels RevPAR growth is seen at 3.5%-4.5%.
