Hyatt signed a franchise agreement to rebrand Berlin’s Hotel Palace Berlin as Hyatt Regency Palace Berlin.
The property targets entry into World of Hyatt in early 2027 following a phased renovation.
The hotel has 239 rooms, 39 suites, a spa and pool, and 18 event venues spanning about 28,000 square feet.
The deal expands Hyatt Regency’s Germany footprint to four hotels, alongside Cologne, Düsseldorf and Mainz.
