CFO Stan Rideout will become executive vice president and strategic advisor effective March 16, 2027, and the company is searching for a new CFO. Four new independent directors were also appointed. Senior vice president of corporate affairs and sustainability David Thomas will retire effective April 30, 2027, and remain as a consultant.
