HyOrc restructures Portuguese partnership into 50-50 joint venture

HyOrc restructured its Portuguese partnership with MO.RE.DA., forming as a 50/50 joint venture to develop RDF-to-green-methanol projects.

HYORC GREEN FUELS

The first modular commercial unit is nearing completion, sized for 3 tonnes/day of RDF feedstock, targeting up to 1 tonne/day of methanol output.

Shipment to Portugal is expected in September 2026, with installation and initial production targeted for November 2026.
