HyOrc settles McKinney lawsuit without monetary payment

McKinney agreed to dismiss claims against HyOrc and five directors with prejudice, and each party will bear its own legal costs. HyOrc agreed to authorize removal of McKinney’s and Coldway’s affiliate and control designations, but did not authorize any particular securities resale or transfer. McKinney and Coldway must indemnify the company and directors for materially inaccurate representations or covenant breaches; the settlement includes no admission of liability.
