Hyperfine has commercially introduced its next-generation Swoop portable MRI, Model 2, in select European markets, marking the company’s first regional rollout of the updated system.
The new Swoop Model 2 received both the CE mark and UK Conformity Assessed certifications, enabling legal deployment and sales across the European Union and the UK.
Model 2 incorporates upgraded hardware and software to deliver improved image resolution and clarity compared with the original Swoop system, boosting its clinical utility.
This launch aligns with Hyperfine’s strategy to penetrate European hospitals, intensive care units, and remote care facilities, broadening its addressable market and revenue potential.
