Hyperfine risks Nasdaq delisting after HYPR bid price stays below $1 for 30 sessions
HYPR•Nasdaq minimum bid notice
Hyperfine received a Nasdaq notice on Sept. 17, 2026 for failing the $1 minimum bid rule after 30 straight business days below $1.
Shares keep trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under HYPR; there is no immediate delisting action.
Compliance deadline and possible remedies
Hyperfine has 180 days to regain compliance by March 16, 2027. The bid price must close at $1 or more for 10 consecutive sessions.
Failure to cure could trigger a delisting process. The company may seek another 180 days through a transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market. A reverse stock split is under review as a potential remedy.
