Hyperliquid Strategies swings to FY26 net income of USD 305.5 million

Hyperliquid Strategies posted GAAP net income of USD 305.5 million for fiscal 2026, including USD 709.9 million in unrealized HYPE gains.

Total assets climbed to USD 2.06 billion, including USD 1.9 billion of HYPE tokens held; stockholders’ equity totaled USD 1.87 billion.

Staking revenue rose to USD 9.5 million; interest income reached USD 2.7 million, while SG&A and R&D expenses were USD 14 million.

HYPE holdings more than doubled to 29.3 million tokens; cash and cash-like instruments were USD 149.9 million, with no debt.

CEO David Schamis said the company built its platform, launched a top-three validator, and exited legacy biotech operations.
