GPUS•Hyperscale Data completed acquisition of 48.5 acres of forested land, doubling its Michigan AI Data Center campus to approximately 83 acres. The expansion adds a natural buffer and, alongside a new master services agreement, lays groundwork for increased AI computing and digital asset hosting capacity.
1. Acquisition Overview
Hyperscale Data has finalized the purchase of 48.5 acres of forested land, expanding its Michigan AI Data Center campus from roughly 34.5 acres to about 83 acres in total. This acquisition more than doubles the campus footprint and provides a natural buffer zone to enhance security and environmental stewardship as facility development advances.
2. Master Services Agreement
The company’s recently signed master services agreement enables deployment of additional power, cooling, and networking infrastructure across the expanded site. This deal underscores growing customer demand for colocation, high-performance AI computing, and digital asset mining services at the Michigan campus.
3. Strategic Outlook
With the Michigan expansion secured, Hyperscale Data positions itself for scalable growth ahead of its planned divestiture of Ault Capital Group in Q2 2027. After the divestiture, the business will concentrate solely on data center operations and digital asset holdings to maximize shareholder value.
