The program targets a disciplined balance between unencumbered Bitcoin holdings and Bitcoin-backed borrowings to preserve financial flexibility for growth.
As of Aug. 2, 2026, borrowings totaled about $30 million at a variable rate of about 4.9% to support buildout and working capital.
The company said it will evaluate additional Bitcoin-backed financing and other treasury strategies to support long-term growth and stockholder value.

Hyperscale Data plans to fund its Michigan AI data center expansion by borrowing against its Bitcoin treasury via Morpho Protocol.
The strategy targets low-cost, variable-rate liquidity while keeping long-term Bitcoin exposure, and is aimed at reducing reliance on more dilutive equity financing.
