Hyperscale Data preliminary Q3 revenue surges, partly on defense and blockchain software businesses
GPUS•Hyperscale Data’s preliminary third-quarter revenue rose 64% year over year to about $40 million, driven by growth across several businesses. The company expects the divestiture of Ault Capital Group to occur in 2027 and gave no specific future revenue or earnings guidance.
1. Preliminary revenue growth
Hyperscale Data said preliminary third-quarter revenue rose 64% year over year to about $40 million. Growth was driven by increased contributions from crane operations, defense, lending and trading, and blockchain software; lower Bitcoin mining revenue partly offset the gains. Defense revenue increased due to the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide.
2. Company outlook
The company expects the divestiture of Ault Capital Group to occur in 2027 and remains focused on developing its Michigan AI data center opportunity. It did not provide specific revenue or earnings guidance for future periods.
