GPUS•Hyperscale Data reaffirmed its 2027 revenue outlook of $300 million to $350 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook of $60 million to $80 million. Preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue was approximately $40 million, up from $24.3 million a year earlier.

Hyperscale Data expects initial Michigan AI compute capacity to be energized in December 2026, with revenue-generating operations beginning that month. Its 2027 outlook also reflects expected contributions from financial services, digital assets and portfolio businesses. Preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue increased approximately 64% year over year, reflecting stronger crane, defense and financial operations, partly offset by lower Bitcoin mining revenue.
