Hyperscale Data’s Alliance Cloud Services signed a long-term master services agreement with a California neocloud provider for an initial 20 MW AI compute deployment.
- The initial deployment is expected to represent about $1.2 billion of contractual value over the term.
- The agreement includes expansion rights to about 52 MW, which could lift total contract value to more than $3 billion.
