- Sensitivity at $4,500/oz gold lifts after-tax NPV(5%) to $598 million; undiscounted after-tax cash flow to $744 million.
- Mine life is estimated at 8.5 years.
- Steady-state output averages about 75,000 oz annually from 2028-2032, following Lone Tree plant commissioning.
- Five-year steady-state cash costs are estimated at $1,827/oz; AISC is estimated at $1,915/oz, excluding Lone Tree refurbishment capital allocation.
