I-ON Digital outlined plans to certify and tokenize a newly acquired gold reserve of about 15,000 ounces, pending advanced geological reporting.

The company pegged the reserve’s potential value at about USD 60 million, based on gold prices at the release date.

Plans for collateral use and further investment

Management expects the tokenized gold to be used as collateral without selling it, funding additional gold purchases and platform investment over the next three to four quarters.
