IB Acquisition Corp. will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 24, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on a six-month extension of the deadline to complete a business combination to March 28, 2027.
A separate vote will amend the company’s trust agreement to align it with the proposed extension.
An adjournment proposal will be considered if needed to secure approval for the extension-related items.
