Ibex opens Cairo service delivery center, marking entry into Egypt

Ibex entered Egypt with a new service delivery center in Cairo, expanding its global customer experience outsourcing network.

The facility in the City Stars complex is set to start operations in October, targeting scale-up to 1,000 staff within nine months.

The move adds multilingual capacity for global clients across growth sectors such as HealthTech, technology and retail.

Hiring has begun across customer service, management, quality and support roles, backed by significant capital investment.
