iBio announces 2026 annual shareholder meeting

iBio will hold its annual stockholders meeting in San Diego on Oct. 14, 2026.

The vote is scheduled on electing two Class III directors, ratifying Grassi & Co. as auditor, and an advisory say-on-pay proposal.

The ballot also includes a proposal to increase authorized common shares to 500,000,000, along with an amendment to the 2023 Omnibus Incentive Plan evergreen share increases.

An adjournment proposal is included to allow additional solicitation if support is insufficient for the authorized share increase or plan amendment.
